FIXME: Add a brief overview of Gnus search capabilities. A brief comparison of nnir, nnmairix, contrib/gnus-namazu would be nice as well.
This chapter describes tools for searching groups and servers for articles matching a query and then retrieving those articles. Gnus provides a simpler mechanism for searching through articles in a summary buffer to find those matching a pattern. See Searching for Articles.
