GHM — GNU Hackers' Meetings
Anti-Harassment Policy
The GNU project desires to provide a harassment-free meeting for everyone.
We do not tolerate harassment of attendees in any form. Overly explicit sexual language or imagery is inappropriate during the event, including presentations.
Harassment includes disparaging comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, persistent disruption of talks or other events, repeated unsolicited physical contact, or sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the meeting organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the meeting.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the meeting organisers immediately.
The organisers will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or police, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the meeting.
We value your attendance and hope you enjoy the meeting.
